UTair was founded in early 1967 as Aeroflot. It is a Russian carrier that has it’s headquarter at Khanty-Mansiysk Airport (HMA) in Russia. Travelers traveling in Comfort Class are permitted up to 2 bags with each of the pieces not exceeding 70 lbs.
